This Account Deletion Agreement was last updated on December 31st 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n \n\n \n

1. Purpose of Agreement<\/strong><\/p>\n \n\n \n

  1. This agreement aims to clarify the terms and conditions regarding account deletion for\n merchants when registering and using the WooshPay platform, to protect the rights and interests of merchants.<\/li>\n \n\n <\/ol>\n \n\n\n\n \n

    2. Applicable Situations for Account Deletion<\/strong><\/p>\n \n\n \n

    1. User-Initiated Deletion<\/strong> Merchants can request to delete their accounts at any time by\n sending an email to partner@wooshpay.com, including a detailed explanation of the reason for deletion.<\/li>\n \n\n \n
    2. Violation of Platform Policies<\/strong> If a merchant violates WooshPay’s terms of service, the\n platform reserves the right to temporarily freeze the merchant’s account without prior notice, pending the\n merchant’s rectification before deciding whether to restore it.<\/li>\n \n\n \n
    3. Security Risks<\/strong> If WooshPay detects any security risks associated with the merchant’s\n account (e.g., theft, unusual logins), it may temporarily freeze or delete the account.<\/li>\n \n <\/ol>\n \n\n \n

      3. Deletion Process<\/strong><\/p>\n \n\n \n

      1. Upon submitting the account deletion request, WooshPay will process the request within 7 working days and\n confirm the deletion via the registered email.<\/li>\n \n\n \n
      2. Once deleted, the merchant will not be able to recover the account or any related data, and they should\n ensure that all necessary information is backed up.<\/li>\n \n <\/ol>\n \n\n \n

        4. Data Handling<\/strong> After account deletion, WooshPay will handle merchant data according to\n relevant laws and regulations, which includes:<\/p>\n \n\n \n

        • Account information will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.<\/li>\n \n\n \n
        • Necessary transaction records will be retained as required by law.<\/li>\n \n <\/ul>\n \n\n \n

          5. Liability Disclaimer<\/strong> WooshPay shall not be liable for any losses resulting from the\n deletion of the merchant’s account; merchants should consider this carefully before proceeding with deletion.\n <\/p>\n \n\n \n

          6. Changes to Agreement<\/strong> The terms of this agreement may be updated at any time, and WooshPay\n will notify merchants of updates via email or platform announcements.<\/p>\n \n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n \n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
